Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Cent

The location is quiet and nice, and the restaurant service was excellent. I recommend this hotel for business travel. I plan to return three or four times in 2026 and look forward to staying here again. At check-in, we were waiting while the front receptionist finished a phone call. I wish she had acknowledged us, even briefly, or offered a welcoming smile. Being recognized can make guests feel valued and more comfortable sharing what they need. The evening receptionist, on the other hand, was excellent: welcoming, supportive, and helpful, and she left a strong positive impression. I was surprised that the bottled water in the room had a tag showing a $4 charge, so I chose not to use it. This was my first time encountering that. It might feel more guest-friendly to include the cost in the room rate, or share it between the hotel and guest. I'd prefer paying for it as part of the reservation instead of being charged separately. Including this small amenity would feel more welcoming. I hope these comments help improve the guest experience.

The room was huge, clean, and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The parking lot was spacious too, which mattered since I was towing a trailer during our four-day stay. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel: fantastic omelets, thick bacon, fluffy pancakes, and plenty of options. The staff were also great about helping me find dairy-free alternatives. I can't say enough about the team, especially Kara, who went above what we expected. She was attentive and knowledgeable, a real breath of fresh air. I'd recommend this location to anyone passing through.

I work as a wedding video and photo vendor, and Best Western Stoneridge Inn is a fantastic venue. The wedding spaces are beautiful and laid out well, and they photograph and film nicely all day. The staff are professional and organized, and kept the timeline running smoothly. I'd highly recommend it to couples and other vendors.

I've photographed many weddings at Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn, from getting ready in the rooms to events at the Rose Chapel and ballrooms. The food is great, and there are some lovely photography spots. The ballrooms are very nice, and I always look forward to photographing weddings there.
