For $288.00 a night plus tax, I expected at least the basics. I stayed for a week on business, and nobody attended to my room once. The garbage wasn’t emptied and I never got fresh towels. The building is getting run down, and the service was horrible. I won’t stay here again and recommend finding somewhere else.

The room was simple, clean, and quiet. What I loved most was the woman serving breakfast. She was so warm and welcoming, and her smile could brighten your whole day.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two people in our family needed privacy for office calls at the same time, and Rixa kindly helped us so we could both get our work done. Anmol and Riza also went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant.

The room was dirty when we checked in, and it reached 32 degrees because the hotel couldn’t regulate the heater when it was cold outside. There’s no air conditioning, so the only thing staff could offer to make the temperature tolerable was a fan. I was also concerned about safety, with drunk people hanging around by the entrance.

The rooms are okay and breakfast is decent, but the Wi-Fi needs an upgrade. It was around 5-7 Mbps and kept dropping, with a “No internet connection” message every 15 to 20 minutes even when connected. Chateau Nova has much faster Wi-Fi. Super 8 should upgrade if it wants to serve customers with a reliable connection 🙄
