Homewood Suites London Ontario

The pool was a highlight for my kids, clean and well maintained, with just the right warm water. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and cared for, and breakfast had a good range and quality. We were there for three days and left very happy. We did have a small issue with the AC/heating, but after we called reception, maintenance came promptly and fixed it efficiently. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and attentive. I appreciated their service, and would happily recommend this place to families. We look forward to returning.

The renovated rooms and location are great, but cooking in the suites is a mess because smoke gets into everything. If you plan to make meals, I strongly recommend a one-bedroom and wouldn’t try the studio suite. Lower floors are much quieter. Avoid the top floor, where the A/C and sprinkler pump systems make random noises.

I was here for a week and had a comfortable stay away from home. The place was clean and quiet, with what I needed. My room had a stovetop, full fridge, and the basics for cooking, which made it feel more like home. Breakfast in the lobby each morning had enough choices for most people to start the day. No complaints from this visitor, thanks.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel was fine overall. Housekeeping wasn’t frequent enough, which got frustrating, and as other reviews have said, the carpets weren’t very clean. Breakfast was okay, but serving it on paper plates and cups with plastic forks seemed odd. One day they had real plates and cutlery, so I’m not sure why that couldn’t be the daily setup.
