If you want to be near the “happening” in Penticton, this is a hidden gem. Virender and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the service was great. The venue is old and needs renovation, but it’s clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a vacation.

The room was great, and there are lots of spots to relax. We were a bit far from the pool and the BBQ area, where only one of the three BBQs was working. Office staff were great. There’s no overnight security or support, though, so if something goes wrong you’re on your own until 9am. That overnight concern kept me from giving five stars.

I booked a suite at Bowmont Motel, which has the same owner as Spanish villa, tiki shores motel, and the shoreline motel. The customer service I received was extremely disrespectful. The manager told me he wouldn’t return my damage deposit and said it was actually a cleaning fee. Staff also yelled at me in public.

We had a great time. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because we had a wedding and made sure we had everything we needed for our puppy. We’ll definitely be back! :)
