Work brings me back to the Four Points by Marriott in Penticton often, and it feels like a second home. The warm atmosphere, thoughtful details, and consistently helpful service make each visit enjoyable. Staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are fresh, clean, and comfortable, and it’s easy to relax after a long day. A fantastic place whether you’re traveling for work or pleasure. Highly recommend.

The lobby restaurant was a highlight, and the staff made a real effort to keep everyone happy. We came as a group and sometimes got there near closing, but they were still glad to accommodate us. Thanks for going above and beyond and making it a great stay. The hotel is fairly new, with only two years behind it. As of September 2025, there is no free self-serve breakfast.

Parking was easy and free, even with a truck or larger vehicle, and the location worked well for us. The lakefront is about a five-minute walk away, with the Front Street area roughly ten minutes on foot. The rooms were very clean, and the gym was wonderful. It opens at 6 a.m., but the front desk let me in earlier when I asked, which I really appreciated. I’d stay again.

It was an average stay. The place seemed neat and clean, the staff appeared friendly, and the location suited our needs. One issue was hearing the bathroom plumbing from the room above us.
