The toilet clogged after I used it, though there was a plunger and I managed to clear it. Then I checked the tub and found it filthy, with hairs in it. The bed cover had hairs and yellow spots all over it. I'll never stay here again.

At check-in, they wanted two weeks' payment upfront and said they'd return whatever was left after the stay. I'd booked by phone and had been told everything was fine, so this was a shock. Usually we leave a credit card deposit and settle up at the end. I've never heard of this kind of requirement before. Be careful, since they may charge you for a two-week minimum and refund the remainder later. Worst customer service I've ever had.

The people running the place are great, and they service the room every day. It's an old, dated property, but quiet and comfortable, and worth the money. I'm here for work and expect to stay around three months. No complaints.

There's WiFi, and my room has a little kitchenette with a toaster, coffee maker, and fridge. The restaurant offers plenty, but good luck if you have a food intolerance. The place could use an update and a better clean, and the towels could be nicer.
