Quality Inn

Sagar, the front desk manager, was efficient, diligent, and helpful. Michelle, the cleaning lady, does a wonderful job. The bed, pillows, and linens were clean and comfortable. The room itself was super clean too, but we only managed a nap because we couldn’t stand staying the night. The hotel badly needs renovation. The carpets are old and dirty, the furniture is worn, things squeak, and tiles are missing in the bathroom. The door sat unevenly, letting in a draft through the gaps, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything from the next room. We paid $218.00, which felt outrageous. To me, it’s a $60.00 motel.

I called the hotel and reached a booking company that, in my experience, lied to get my card details. They promised me a room with a jacuzzi and said the pool was open until 10 p.m. and again from 6 a.m. The pool actually closed at 9 p.m. and didn’t open until 10 a.m., and there was no jacuzzi in the room. I got a refund at the desk, but had to disappoint my child too. Ridiculous. I absolutely can’t recommend this hotel because of the phone booking agents who handle reservations.

Breakfast was good and the quality was there, but the rest of the experience wasn’t. We saw one price on the website, then the receptionist said it was a mistake, so we had to pay more. The room wasn’t clean either. We arrived late at night and only noticed in the morning that there was a box, a piece of trash, and someone’s hair in the shower. That’s enough for me to think twice before booking there again. My wife made the reservation in her name, and we have all the necessary papers.

The pool and hot tub were disgusting, with hair all over them. The hotel itself was filthy too. I don’t know how they can rent out rooms in that condition.
