Ramada Limited Merritt

The breakfast was excellent, with a few nice extras like raw almonds. My hot tub looked especially clean, though I didn’t end up using it. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room had decent beds and a fridge with a real freezer. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The staff are genuinely friendly, but the hotel needs updating, and the cleanliness and upkeep are inconsistent. My sheets weren’t changed in over a week, and the garbage wasn’t taken out until about the third day. They had no trouble coming in to take the bottles, though 🙂. The carpeted floors get dirty, and overall the cleaning wasn’t good. The fridge freezes your food. I understand it’s hard to run a business, especially when many places are short staffed, but this place needs better management and consistency. The hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was edible. The sausage wasn’t bad, but the eggs seemed to be made in water, I’m not sure. The photos show bigger TVs, but the two rooms I saw both had much smaller, older sets. There’s no Domino’s Pizza either, as pictured. That’s fine, but I mention it in case someone was counting on pizza.

Check-in was simple, the service was good, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay at Ramada Limited Merritt. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. I’d recommend it to other travelers.

I was there for a work trip. The rooms were good, though I wasn’t keen on the pool. Harman at the front desk was so nice, polite, and helpful when I checked out.
