The grounds were tidy and well kept, and the pool looked gorgeous and clean. There was also a new playground on site, though we hadn't packed for swimming. We arrived before check-in, but the owner worked us in early during her daily routine and was so warm and welcoming. Later that evening we found there was no luggage rack and the coffee machine wasn't working. One call to the office got both issues sorted almost immediately. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional, and would acknowledge us when we were out and about. I don't agree with the negative reviews. Thanks Brenda and Staff. Highly recommended.

The front desk lady was helpful and friendly, explaining how to use the AC and making sure we knew what to do. Everything worked, and the place was quiet with nice grounds and a pool. Our newly renovated room felt fresh and was very clean. The bed was comfortable, with different pillows to choose from. The motel was great, and so was the price.

I called today to ask whether you had a pet friendly room. After I said I had a dog, you asked what kind. I explained he was a trained lab with his own bed, then you put me on hold to check availability and came back to say there was no room. Maybe there really wasn't one, who knows? But asking about the breed first left me feeling like I was turned away because of the kind of dog I have. If you only accept certain breeds, please say so honestly when calling yourselves pet-friendly. If there was no room, so be it, but the way the call went made me feel refused based on my dog.

The pond is one of the first things you see at the front of the property, and it used to be a pleasant spot where locals could watch the ducks and enjoy the wildlife. Now it looks neglected, with bright green algae covering the whole pond. It honestly reminds me of Shrek's swamp, and it could be a biohazard by now. I've never seen workers trying to clean it up. Animals live there with their babies, and I wouldn't be surprised to find dead ducks on the property. It's shameful. I hope the owner or management sees this.

The front desk lady was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were cleaner and more modern than I expected, the WiFi worked well, and the TV was modern enough to use with my devices. Great water pressure in the shower too. I'd recommend it for one night or a longer stay.
