The breakfast was awful, and it spoiled the impression left by the hotel’s lovely wood furnishings and theme. They served little tubs of homemade spread instead of real butter, had no peanut butter, and put the jam in a shared squeeze bottle. The fruit was old, and the sausage patties might have been meat. The hotel itself was well-kept, the fitness room was great, the pool was clean, and the staff were friendly. That’s why I gave it three stars.

Breakfast was really good and had a great selection, and the room was comfortable and quiet, just as promised. The location worked perfectly for getting to work, only about 10 minutes away and easy to reach. Luke at the front desk made us feel welcome right away and answered all our questions. Great customer service from start to finish. Thanks again, Luke!

I’m here for work and arrived around 7 pm. Luke at reception was awesome. The place is neat, clean, and affordable, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

We got in at 3 am after a very late flight to Toronto and had some trouble with our reservation and room. Parteek at the front desk sorted everything out, and even walked us to the room to check that it was clean. He was kind, courteous, and went well above and beyond. He’s a real credit to this location. Thank you, Parteek!

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, but breakfast was terrible. I’d hoped for bacon, sausage, and cinnamon buns. Instead there were rubbery chicken patties, eggs like batter, and dried-out pastries. The pancake machine made undersized pancakes. The pool was cold, had scum along the sides, and its dumping water bucket wasn’t working.
