Sadaf and her staff are the reason this is still my first choice in the area. She goes out of her way to accommodate me and makes me feel welcome whenever I arrive. The whole team is caring and professional, so each stay feels easy and enjoyable. I stay at the DoubleTree on Dixie in Mississauga quite often, and it’s consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mississauga. I wouldn’t choose another place.

Sahil made the whole stay feel welcoming and easy. He listened to what I needed, gave thoughtful suggestions for exploring the city, and explained things clearly. He’s calm, attentive, and quick to solve problems, with an impressive knowledge of the area. His professionalism and easy way of connecting with people really stood out. He takes pride in his work, and having him at the front desk lifts the atmosphere.

Every staff member we met was courteous, professional, and smiling. We ended up speaking with Hosshang at the front desk before leaving, and asked him to pass on our thanks for a wonderful stay. We booked a stay, park, and fly package, left the car there while we were away, then added a night when we returned to nasty weather. Both times we booked a king bed and were graciously upgraded to a king suite. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotless, with cozy beds and amazing sleep. I loved the little touches, like extra pillows, a personalized welcome on the TV, thick paper napkins, and a second carafe of coffee at breakfast. The warm welcome cookies are famous, and my husband says they’re delicious. I’d suggest adding a nut-free option, since both times the cookies offered had walnuts and I’m allergic. We used the airport shuttle both ways, and it was efficient and friendly. Pickup took about 20 minutes.

Double Tree is an easy choice for me. The staff are helpful and attentive, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great spot, with easy access to the 401 to get wherever you need to go.
