Super 8 by Wyndham Mississauga

Everyone was friendly and courteous, from Rome and the other duty managers to Jaskaran at the breakfast corner and the housekeeping team. The breakfast menu needs work, though. I tried the pancakes once and they weren't cooked properly. They should revisit the menu, especially for the in-house restaurant. Everything else about the stay was comfortable.

Super 8 made our family of five feel welcome and supported the whole time. We loved the breakfast, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. When a booking issue came up on arrival, the manager helped us get the second room at a discounted price. The workers were all amazing. Puneet, I think that was her name, was especially lovely with my daughter brooklynn and really made our experience. I hope she sees this while she's off till Wednesday! Pooja, another server, kept topping up our coffee and made us feel welcome too.

It was expensive, and I'd rather spend the total we paid at an actual hotel with better bedding and towels. We won't stay here again. First, nobody told us by phone or email about the $250.00 deposit, which I think is absurd for a motel. We were four people in a room with two beds for two nights. I asked for extra pillows and towels, got ONE pillow and two extra towels, and had to repeatedly ask for wash cloths, which they seemed not to understand. The elevator was broken too, a real inconvenience. At breakfast, a staff member lingered in the kitchen staring at us while we served ourselves and ate. It made us uncomfortable, and she was awkward about it.

Our two-night stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Mandeep at checkout was especially helpful and polite. Since our flight was late, he arranged a late checkout, which made the day much easier and less stressful. Pleasant stay and excellent service, I'd happily come back and recommend it.
