We recently stayed as a group at Holiday Inn & Suites Mississauga West / Meadowvale, and the service exceeded what we expected. The staff were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome at every turn. Oshin at the front desk was especially patient, attentive, solution-oriented, and always ready to help with a smile. Maryam also deserves recognition for her careful coordination and support, which made the whole process seamless. We appreciated how flexible the team was when helping some members of our group change rooms. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and kindly. Hospitality is about people as much as rooms, and this team understands that. We'll gladly return and recommend the hotel.

We were comfortable throughout the stay. The room was clean, breakfast buffet was good and convenient, and the staff were friendly. Other guests were quiet, and we didn't hear any construction noise, despite what some other reviews mentioned.

We had a bit of a miscommunication, but the manager came over and sorted it out. I really appreciated the support and customer service, and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are big and the location is great. After nearly reaching my limit with some IHG properties, this one was amazing. Definitely recommend it, and thank you.

I'm an IHG Platinum member and stay in hotels around the world. This was my first time in Canada and at this hotel. One receptionist was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and the room was comfortable with a pleasant view. The facilities were adequate. I enjoyed the stay enough to spend my last night in Ontario here before heading back to Scotland. It's an international hotel, so expect a diverse clientele, and it can get quite busy.

It was okay. On my first day, the towel had a strange stain, and the shower didn't seem thoroughly clean. There were small spots on the wall that rinsed off, so I wondered why they hadn't been rinsed away before. The next day, the towels had been replaced with clean ones. By the way, there is NO EV CHARGING! If Google Maps shows a charger, that's wrong. They're doing renovations and the charger isn't there. My PHEV was very sad.
