The apartment views can stretch far toward the horizon, with the lake and sunsets in sight depending on the floor and which way the unit faces. The buildings are an old design and don’t feel modern, though. Renovations could do justice to the location and views. It’s a popular, central apartment destination, close to places like Square One and easy to get around from. For its location, it’s good value and an easy choice for a long-term rental or even a short stay of a month.

The security staff, especially the front desk girl at grand ovation, were so rude. The front desk girl named Rupinder kaur bhullar had no proper manners in how to deal with people. I had the worst experience with her. She seems very money minded, kept demanding money, and slammed the phone in an unusual way when I asked why she was demanding my hard-earned money. Worst experience.

Hi, Mr Sayed and Mr Intizar, thanks so much for hosting us! The apartment was clean and tidy, and we got personalized service. The hosts were available by phone 24/7. Before we arrived, they’d stocked everything: lotas (toilet wash jugs), dishwashing soap, washing machine soap, hand wash, surface cleaner, and toilet cleaner. There was even a hair dryer, which we usually only get in hotels. They also bought us a new vacuum cleaner and ironing stand. The apartment had all kinds of kitchen utensils. I can’t thank them enough for welcoming us at such a good price. The location is right in the centre of Missisauga, opposite square one mall. They refunded the security deposit in cash at checkout. A great experience!

The parking garage has garbage and broken glass scattered around, and the building is dirty and noisy. Elevators go out for days almost every week, with no explanation. When they are running, expect a long wait and stops on every floor, sometimes with around 20 people inside, so leave about 15 minutes to get downstairs. Fire alarms go off constantly, including overnight, and none of the times I experienced it was an emergency. The pool also closes every other week because of maintenance problems. Renters and buyers, don't be fooled by the fake five-star reviews.
