Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale

We were charged even though we left the hotel that same night and never stayed there. The hotel told booking.com that we had stayed, and the issue wasn’t resolved until we called corporate after getting home. The manager, Annie, said she’d had a cold and that was why she hadn’t returned our calls. She had not responded after multiple attempts over several days, with staff saying she was in meetings. The guy at the front desk, Marc, said he couldn’t do anything because we’d booked through booking.com. This happened during our four-day winter trip to Canada, and the whole experience ruined our vacation and Christmas. At check-in we found a dead bug on the carpet, lots of hair on the bed, and a strange smell in the hallways and rooms. Marc moved us to another room, but that bed also had hair on it and there was a crumb in the bathroom. Room service seemed to use air freshener when the room was changed. We left that night. It was the worst experience, and the location felt sketchy too.

We booked rooms for a wedding party, and the manager, Mr Anmol Datta, noted all the guest accommodation details. He was warm, polite, and very accommodating. Vinita, Marthese, Ivanna, and the rest of the hotel staff made us feel at home, taking care of our requests smoothly and efficiently. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Our stay was fantastic, and we’d highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for everything ❤️

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, but the coffee was awful and the pillows need replacing. The layout of the two beds and nightstand was bad too. The nightstand is so close to the bed that I hit it whenever I turn in my sleep. We asked to have breakfast added, but it never was. Luckily, we were able to use points.

I spent a week here for a professional development course, and the meals were a real highlight. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and cooked just right, with healthy options that included plenty of protein and vegetables. The staff were pleasant and friendly throughout. It was a memorable, enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely come back.
