Hyatt Place Toronto/Mississauga Centre

The pool was a lovely place to unwind after long days, and it was always clean, warm, and well maintained. Breakfast was also consistently well prepared, with a welcoming, organized, and attentive team each morning. We stayed nearly four weeks, and the place felt like a second home. The whole staff was kind and approachable, with real care for guests and attention to detail. At the front desk, Jairo, Joseph, and Annie were especially helpful, friendly, and professional every time, whatever the situation. The manager clearly leads a strong team, and service throughout our stay was excellent. The facilities were excellent, too. We’re grateful for such a positive and memorable stay, and would recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service and an organized place for a short or long visit.

The warm, clean pool and well-equipped gym were both nice to have. I wasn't sure whether the pool is actually saltwater, since my sensitive skin broke out a little, which can happen if there's too much chlorine. We stayed one night during March break. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and everything was very clean. Service was amazing, and breakfast was great. Being near the airport didn't bother us because we're used to plane noise and find it like white noise. If you just need a place to sleep, I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was wonderful, with lots to choose from: cereal, toast, bagels, curd, small tortillas, fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, and more. The people were nice, and we had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt. We stayed two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned, which was the one letdown. They also don't have a microwave. Besides that, it was great.

The front desk staff were professional and very nice, and the room was a good size. The hotel is efficient and quite nice for the price, much better than other chains. My king bed's mattress was too soft, though, and the noisy heating system disturbed my sleep. Would I come back? Absolutely.
