Platinum Suites

The staff at Platinum Suites were lovely to deal with and quick to help. Most replies came within 30 minutes, often in less than 10, and they were willing to bring extra supplies such as sheets. I’d stay there again on another visit to Mississauga. After a long flight, we found our one-bedroom at Platinum Suites in Grand Ovation very clean. Check-in was seamless, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the bedroom had fitted sheets and clean towels. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was handy, since many apartment buildings have shared laundry rooms. Square One shopping centre was a five-minute walk away, even in winter. During covid, though, we chose to order groceries and food, and the deliveries arrived quickly.

This was a disastrous experience, the worst I’ve ever had. Even though I paid a cleaning fee, the room had dirty sheets and a broken iron. Then I was charged for the sheets they hadn’t replaced. After several conversations, they still haven’t shown any proof of the expenses they say they incurred replacing them. Now they’re ignoring my calls and messages. The service was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The prices reflect the low-quality, cheap service. Avoid Platinum Suites unless you have no other choice.

I stayed monthly at Platinum Suites while I was at University, and settling in was really smooth. The apartments come furnished with everything you might need, and it’s easy to get to the parking garage, gym, mail, and other necessities. The place feels safe, clean, and organized. Desiree was a big help with booking and making sure I had what I needed. I enjoyed my time there.

The kitchen was neat and clean, and its appliances looked almost new. My apartment was on the 18th floor with a great view, and the wifi was strong with no hassle. Rooms are spacious, security is there 24/7, and the service was great. Mr. Saroosh Iqbal was especially helpful, and all the staff were friendly and cooperative. Square One is about a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s dedicated basement parking with easy elevator access, so parking was no worry, and the ensuite laundry was a real bonus. A pleasant stay for families or groups visiting Mississauga.
