Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Mississauga West

I travel around the country with a team for work, collecting valuable specimens from fellow citizens, so we depend a lot on hotel stays. Residence Inn Toronto–Mississauga West has been excellent in every way. The amenities are easy to reach, the facilities are excellent, and cleanliness standards are high. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, with a smile, and Jasmeen’s hospitality made a real difference. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and great service.

We stayed for 7 nights on a family trip to Canada in a 1 bedroom suite. The room was on the 2nd floor, spacious, pretty clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was roomy too, and the bed was comfortable. A few small room issues came up, but they were fixed fairly quickly the next day. There was no safe in the room. Check in was quick and smooth. Breakfast had a pretty good spread, including a waffle maker, eggs, oats, assorted breads, and some fruit. There’s also a small indoor pool and a nice fitness center.

Really clean hotel, with friendly staff and fresh breakfast. The female server was especially friendly and professional. Thanks to Marriott. One suggestion: people rarely use credit cards with PINs at terminals nowadays because of all the scams. It would feel more professional if all Marriott properties used the same policy of taking payment through a membership account, which is secure and traceable, as most Marriott properties already do.

The kitchenettes were really well equipped, and the rooms were large, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Vipul went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. A lovely stay.
