Hilton Garden Inn Toronto - Mississauga

The restaurant was the biggest surprise. The space isn't especially striking, but we ate both breakfast and dinner there and the food's quality and flavor were better than expected each time. My room was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged, and the front desk team were warm, welcoming, and helpful with information. I’m used to higher-end hotels, so this was a fantastic experience.

We needed somewhere at the last minute and were lucky to find this hotel. The connecting rooms with two queen beds each worked out great. Everything was clean and nicely presented, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the warm pool and the workout equipment too. It had everything we wanted, and it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Mississauga.

The onsite restaurant was good, so we could have dinner in, and I especially liked the jambalaya. The service was on point throughout my stay. My room was spacious, neat, fresh, and had everything I needed, with no stale smells or other issues. The bathroom was good and stocked with supplies. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel is close to both the airport and the event venue. But communication was very bad, and the bar and onsite restaurant were closed on a busy weekend with a large event. During a snowstorm, travel and food options were limited, leaving expensive Uber Eats or Skip the Dishes as the only choice. It felt ridiculous and disorganized. Management could have planned ahead. This didn't meet my expectations for a Hilton, and it was very disappointing.
