Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The breakfast was very nice, and I liked the little makeup desk tucked into the bathroom. My room was clean with modern decor. The hotel is near the airport and busy roads, so anyone sensitive to noise might not enjoy staying here. Parking can be a bit difficult too. The area feels odd for an “upscale” Hilton brand.

The restaurant was another highlight. It had a good range of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. I spent a week at Bloom Mississauga with my son, and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully designed, just what you’d expect from a premium Hilton property. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone we met was kind and attentive and made us feel at home. Patrice served breakfast each morning and was so warm and caring with my son. She even got him smiling first thing in the morning, which is quite an achievement. Thanks as well to Navpreet at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the stay. She gave my son a present when we checked out. He didn’t want to leave, which says it all. Bloom Mississauga felt like home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The room cleaning schedule was my only complaint. I understand checkout rooms get cleaned first, but after I’d fallen asleep, housekeeping started knocking at 7 p.m. Some of the cleaning staff didn’t speak clear English, which made communication frustrating. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and I’ll be back. The hotel is beautiful, always being cleaned, and the pool and gym are really nice. The restaurant downstairs serves good quality food at a good price. As a local, I hadn’t even realized Bloom existed. I ended up staying unexpectedly, and from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me kindly. It meant a lot since I had a lot going on and wasn’t in the best mood. A huge shout out to Roxanne, she deserves a promotion ASAP. She was such a sweetheart, always offering a hug and a smile. She was one of the reasons I extended my stay. She could tell I was having a rough time, sent the sweetest card to my room, and kept checking in. Thanks so much, girlie! Thanks, Bloom!

I was appalled when I found a dirty sock underneath the fitted sheet as I was checking out. I always tidy up and remove the sheets to make things easier for housekeeping, and finding it there clearly suggested the bedding hadn’t been changed before our check-in. The hotel was pretty decent until that moment, but I was utterly disgusted. They offered no compensation for this upsetting experience, and the front desk said they’d follow up but never did. A lack of cleanliness and sterilization is where I draw the line. I was so grossed out.
