Ovation Condos by PlanURstay

The building and its facilities are well maintained, with good amenities. My concern is the administration and service staff, who haven't been effective at dealing with issues raised by residents and short-term tenants. There have been many negative reviews over the years about management, security, and resident support, and many seem to have gone unanswered. That has left the condominium with a long-standing poor reputation. Management could treat these reviews as a real chance to improve. A present, accountable, and transparent administration matters to the experience of both residents and visitors.

The lobby looks especially grand at night. There are plenty of amenities, all in great condition, and the tenants seem decent and professional.

The suite I rented through The Bay Suites was excellent, cozy, and equipped with what a couple or small family would need for a short or medium stay. Customer care could coordinate more closely and quickly with the billing and finance staff.

Steps from Square One mall and the celebration square, this is one of the best condominiums in City Centre Mississauga. The management company is great too. I've sold a few units here, and my clients have always had a great experience and loved the building. If you're looking to buy or sell around the square one area, my office is a stone's throw away :)
