RS Boutique Suites - City Centre

RS Suites couldn’t provide basic guest services during my stay. There was no hot water for 2 Days, and we had only 2 towels for 2 guests over a 5 day stay, even after asking 5+ times for more. One time I followed up after waiting 7 hours with no update; there were still no towels in the room, though they’d said it would be handled ASAP. That was Friday, and I stayed until Monday using the same 2 towels. Five times I was told the concerned team had been notified and would follow up shortly. They never did, so I had to chase them, and then somehow got an answer within 2 minutes. They also promised a dryer, but it wasn’t available all weekend. I had a short call with someone at RS Suites, though I have no idea who. I explained the situation and why I was upset, and the only response was “no,” with no explanation, followed by another promise to tell the team and have them follow up. Communication was awful, and they made no effort to make us comfortable. RS Suites is not a hotel. It’s an AirBNB pretending to be one, and they can barely manage that. Don’t go unless all you need is a bed and this is your absolute last resort.

They’re big frauds. Don’t book here. They wouldn’t let me check in and didn’t give me a refund. The staff were rude and disrespectful too.

As other reviews mention, this place doesn’t function as a hotel, and I won’t stay here again. The pillows were lumpy, there was only a blanket on the bed and no sheet, and the flooring had shifted and left gaps. The shower head was loose on the wall and so clogged with calcium buildup that it only trickled. To top it off, there was a mouldy cheesecake in the fridge. It seems obvious to me that these people are here for profit rather than quality service. I feel sorry for anyone working for this company; it must be hard to take pride in the work. Mic drop.

This is not a legitimate hotel, it’s a shady air bnb. I booked one night because I saw Taylor swift this month and was charged in full when I booked. The day before check in, I got texts and emails saying I had to pay a balance before I could check in at 5, even though check in time was 4. I realized quickly that I was being scammed, so I arranged other accommodations. I called Expedia to explain and am waiting for a refund. RUN, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
