Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel

Whenever I'm in Mississauga, I stay here. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are nice, and the prices are reasonable. The gym is great, and the pool and hot tub are amazing. Even the bar downstairs is nice, and having Denny's open 24/7 is a great perk. I'd recommend staying here any day.

We booked the Stay, Fly, and Park package and left our truck in the hotel garage. When we came back 7 days later, it had been stolen. The hotel staff seemed familiar with this kind of incident, which was troubling for a business that depends so much on long-term parking. They told us barriers weren't possible because of fire code restrictions, and management acknowledged the surveillance is limited, grainy, and motion-activated. If physical upgrades aren't possible, I don't understand why better surveillance hasn't been prioritized. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and fine for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle had less flexibility than we'd expected, but worked out in the end. The staff member who helped us at the time did their best in difficult circumstances. They offered us rooms for the night and a taxi home, but after being told they couldn't find one with a car seat, I had to arrange it myself. The follow-up was the most disappointing part. No manager contacted us to check in or apologize. I had to call the next day and ask for a refund for the room. They did provide it, but only after I requested it. After a vehicle was stolen on hotel property, that response still feels inadequate. I wouldn't feel comfortable staying here or recommending it again. The lack of meaningful security and follow-up was a very unfortunate end to our family vacation.

George made my stay especially comfortable. He was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help, going above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, George, for such helpful service.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well. The room and lobby were very clean, though the outdoor areas weren't as well kept. The snow on the sidewalks and in the parking area could've been cleared better. It was kind of pricey.
