Days Inn & Suites Moncton

My suite is spacious, with two connected rooms, 2 queen beds, and a double pull-out. One TV remote needs batteries, but the remote from the other room works with both TVs. The price was good for a room this size, and I'd come back.

Such a nice hotel in a great location, with great staff who went above and beyond for my family. They even have peepholes for the kids on the doors. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back!

There was a hockey tournament with hundreds of people staying at the hotel, and kids were playing ball hockey in the halls right outside our room. It was very noisy. The parking lot was also in terrible shape, with flooding and potholes. We had booked a deluxe King suite for one night, March 7th, but I called 2 weeks ago to ask if it was pet friendly. The front desk said no and offered to change us to a standard King room on the first floor. At check-in the reservation rate hadn't been reduced, though the difference was about $50 less, plus taxes and fees. I asked the front desk and manager to charge the correct rate for the room we were now in. She kept saying she couldn't, and never resolved it, even after promising to get back to me. She never did. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I promise I never will.

The clock in the pool area still doesn't work after more than 2 months. Staff have tried putting in a new battery, but that hasn't fixed it, and my request for a replacement clock hasn't gone anywhere. It would be nice to have a working clock. The staff I've met have all been wonderful, very polite and respectful.
