The heated underground parking is a real plus, and the location is especially handy if you have plans at the avenir center. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and we’re happy with it. We stay here for all our business trips.

The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable, and we had a peaceful night even with several hockey teams staying there. Staff kept things under control. Contactless check-in worked well, and the digital key opened the parking, hotel, and room. Finding the parking entrance was tricky at first, though there’s plenty of parking once you do. My only complaint was the limited TV and cable selection. I’d recommend the hotel.

When I left an AirPod behind, the staff went to the room, found it, and mailed it to me. I really appreciated the extra effort, it shows they care. The hotel is modern and the room was large. Parking was tight during a hockey game, so we had to wait for spectators to leave before we could get a spot. It’s in a great downtown Moncton location.

We booked two months ahead for a Moncton shopping trip, but even though check-in was listed as after 3, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30. The front desk asked us to wait another 20 minutes and said they’d call when it was ready. We went shopping at Bass Pro until 5:30, still hadn’t heard anything, and had to call ourselves. We finally got back around 5:45 and the room was ready. By then we were tired and just wanted to get settled. The front parking was a mess with four cars checking in at once, blocking the driveway and entrance, and we weren’t given a key card or parking instructions for the underground lot. Driving around downtown on a Saturday was already nuts. The room was clean and nice, and the beds were comfortable, but the walls are paper thin. We heard everything upstairs, plus people in the hall and doors slamming. Breakfast costs an extra $14, which felt surprising at this price.
