The staff are so friendly, and the decorations are always stunning! Free breakfast, lots to choose from. Love this hotel, can’t wait to come try the new hot tub and sauna!!!

I was really disappointed. I went to Casino for a show and decided to try the buffet because I’d heard it was supposed to be good. It was nothing like I expected. The food was bland, and almost everything was baked. That can be fine, but the taste and freshness were terrible. It all looked unappetizing, almost like hospital food. Some good herbs and spices might help. Nothing seemed fresh or inviting. The worst thing was finding a short black hair on a slice of steak I took from a server. When I showed it to him, he just took the plate and told me to get another one, without apologizing. I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional that felt for a place like this. I forgot to take a photo of my plate, so I’m posting one I found in a video I recorded when I was excited to try the buffet. The meal was so disappointing. I feel frustrated and like I wasted my money. My husband keeps teasing me that I wanted to try the buffet and paid 31 plus tax dollars for very good service and a hair. Unfortunately, he’s not wrong. I can’t recommend it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food was absolutely great, with so many delicious choices at the buffet. The staff were truly caring. MERCi! I especially want to thank “GURAAN” (I hope I’ve got his name right, and I’m sorry if I haven’t). Yesterday I took some pasta sauce that had pork in it. We don’t eat pork, so that would have been a big mistake for me. He noticed and kindly came over to ask whether I eat pork, then let me know what was in the sauce. He saved me from making a big sin, and I’m so grateful for his thoughtfulness. It meant a lot that he paid attention and went out of his way to make sure I knew. That kind of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Thanks again for one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Best wishes to him and the whole team, and Happy Ramadan! 🌙

The hotel itself is nice, and our room was clean and comfortable. The noise continued until around 10 p.m., though, which felt late when traveling with young kids. The big shower looked lovely, but its water pressure was very poor and the spray went in different directions, so that was disappointing. Parking was confusing, and our vehicle ended up being towed early in the morning. It made for a stressful start to the day. Clearer signs would help prevent this.
