We’re not fussy about where we sleep, and often car camp, but we notice the details when we stay somewhere. Hyatt has been one of our best stays. We tried it after the Crowne Plaza across the street, and Hyatt was easily better. It was much quieter in the rooms than Crowne, with only some hallway noise by our door. Outside noise was quieter too, and the newer, thicker walls may be why. The entrances, both from the street and parking, felt more welcoming. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and Crowne doesn’t offer one. Staff were kind and helpful, the whole place had great vibes. Thank you!

The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are kind, but I expected more for the price. Even when I asked, they didn’t have a basic kettle. As someone who drinks tea, I’d rather not use coffee-flavoured hot water from the coffee maker. There was also street noise and music late into the weekend evenings. Breakfast was serviceable.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. If you need something extra, just ask and they’ll make it happen. It’s a great place for weddings, meetings, corporate events, and conferences. Right in the heart of Moncton, next to the Avenir Centre, where concerts, hockey games, and other events take place. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing, and free breakfast was a great perk. This is a top quality place to stay, right in the heart of Moncton, with bars and grills all around and entertainment at the Avenir center within walking distance. Parking, check-in, the room, and checkout were all good.

My biggest frustration was being charged half a day for early check-in, even though rooms were available. The gym is great and has everything you’d need to keep up with workouts while traveling. The hotel is very clean, rooms are nice, and breakfast was decent with a good variety. Most staff are friendly, though I noticed a few receptionists weren’t smiling or seemed unhappy. It’s otherwise a solid, comfortable place to stay. I’m not a big fan of the shower.
