Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour

Breakfast was the real surprise. We ordered menu items worth $114, but since breakfast was included, the charge was taken off and we paid nothing. Adding it to the room apparently cost only about $20. The food was better than any restaurant I've tried since Covid. I also asked room service for a Pepsi and they brought it up. The service was amazing in all sorts of small ways. They neatly folded our pajamas when making the beds and arranged our toothbrushes after cleaning the sink. When I asked reception if there was somewhere I could heat food, they offered to send a microwave, and one arrived at our door five minutes later. I wasn't joking about how quick they were 😅 There's also a huge water slide, about three flights of stairs high. Amazing location and room service. Highly recommend :)

Hamilton took such good care of my family at Trio’s Restaurant over the two days we were there, especially while helping us navigate all the allergies in our family. The food was great, and the service was even better. The hotel staff also made the stay wonderful. Perfect location, highly recommended!

The pool was clean and great for kids, and the slide was a big hit. We had a really delicious breakfast at the restaurant, too. The restaurant, bar, and hotel staff were all kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make it a great experience. My family and I stayed here on Boxing Day 2025. The Main Street location is right by everything.

The male manager was fabulous and got our bill back to the right price, but the customer service overall was terrible and the employees need better training. We were there with my family for a basketball tournament, and our bill was about $70 higher than it should have been. When my mom raised it, she was told they were busy and could do that. She asked for the manager and was told she was speaking to the manager and nothing could be done. They had also called us and two other families asking us to give up our rooms, then gave another girl's room away without calling her and sent her to a different hotel. We called Marriott hotels, and the girl there said it wasn't right but she couldn't do anything, and that their salary depended on how many rooms were booked.
