A decently priced option for the area, but a good night’s sleep isn’t guaranteed. The room was clean, though an old, half-erased sign on the bathroom door could have been fixed. The mattress was so soft and weak that I slept on my yoga mat on the floor to avoid risking back problems. If you need a firm mattress, avoid this place. Light from the balcony came through the door curtain and lit up the room, and I could clearly hear cars and trucks on the 117. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly either.

It’s a long walk to restaurants, though there are plenty of delivery choices. The motel is on a busy highway, but I barely heard the traffic. It doesn’t look fancy, but the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and have comfortable beds. The manager was friendly and really helpful. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

The bathroom was so disgusting it made the whole room smell like feces and urine, as if it had never been cleaned. We tried cleaning it ourselves just to make the smell somewhat bearable. Staff were absent, so we couldn’t complain about the situation when checking out in the morning.

I wouldn’t pay more than $80 for this place. The decor was drab, and the room felt like my grandparents’ basement. The coffee machine didn’t work, and the TV was small and outdated. At least the beds were clean and pretty comfortable, and the service was excellent, which earned it two stars. They should lower the price or renovate. There were better options closer to the mountain for less, so I’m not sure why anyone would stay here.
