Four Seasons Hotel Montreal

Our first Montreal trip, from March 28-30, was for our anniversary, and the Four Seasons team made it unforgettable. Stephan (sp?), a fellow New Yorker, welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, and sent a delicious pastry to our room as a thoughtful anniversary surprise. Every staff member was courteous and kept checking whether we needed anything. The property is stunning, and the location is ideal, close to metro stations and surrounded by walkable restaurants for all kinds of budgets. The room, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We'd love to visit again and stay here next time.

The location made getting around easy, with a luxury department store right next door and museums, restaurants, bars, and the sports arena all within walking distance. There’s also a pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, several restaurants, and a bar at the property. What really stayed with me was how carefully everything was handled. Staff took care of any request right away, and housekeeping even cleaned a crumb from the light gray carpet so thoroughly that I couldn’t spot a mark. They noticed how I used the vanity and rearranged my things to make them easier to reach. From the porter asking my name when I arrived, it seemed like everyone knew it after that. The room was plush, the bed incredibly comfortable, and service was attentive from arrival to departure. I liked the stay so much that I kept hurrying through my days to get back and enjoy the room. I felt well looked after the whole time.

We came to Montreal for a short birthday trip and had such a lovely stay at the Four Seasons Montreal. Veronica at the front desk surprised us with a nice upgrade, and everyone made a real effort to help us have a great visit. The room was gorgeous, and the location worked perfectly. The staff were warm, courteous, and helpful throughout. We’ll definitely come back.

Louis-Xavier and Brigitte helped us pull off a successful corporate event, and we’re very grateful to them and the whole Four Seasons team. They worked through road closures, loading dock requirements, and holiday scheduling with us. During an especially busy season, Louis-Xavier even measured the load-in routes and came up with creative ways to store everything. I’d happily work with them again on a corporate event.
