I'm really disappointed with the building and its management. The place is badly maintained, and they've done almost nothing to fix it. One elevator has been completely out for about 7 to 8 months, while the other breaks down every single day. I don't understand why it still hasn't been repaired. Coming home from work and walking up 14 or 15 floors is exhausting, especially when you're tired, have a child, or are sick. Everyone has to use those stairs.

A large, multiuse building on Sainte-Catherine.
