Hotel Monville opening July 2017

My room was basic, but everything worked and I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. I even chose to spend a night in and enjoy the room and property instead of going out. The hotel is central to everything you need in Montreal. I travel a lot and stay in plenty of hotels, and this one really impressed me. Service was top notch from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was awesome, from the valet and front desk to housekeeping and the bartender. Can’t wait to return!

Our room was just what we wanted: modern and simple, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with great coffee. When we needed a few extra things, one quick call to reception was all it took. They brought everything up within minutes, with friendly, fast, efficient service. I booked directly through Abir and her team, and the process was smooth and professional from the start. We got a warm welcome, and the valet took great care of our vehicle. The hospitality and attention to detail made the stay fantastic. I’d happily stay at Monville Hotel again next time I’m looking for a place in Montreal.

I spent two weeks at Hotel Monville and genuinely felt at home. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully laid out, with stunning views, and the elegant, well-organized lobby felt welcoming. The combination of comfort, service, and location made the stay memorable. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just steps away and the Palais des Congrès de Montréal right next door, which is handy for conferences and business events. Charlie and Naomi at reception were professional, warm, and attentive. They were always ready to help with kindness and efficiency, and every interaction felt easy. I chose the hotel for its reputation and quickly saw it deserved the praise. I highly recommend Hotel Monville to anyone visiting Montreal. It’s a true five-star experience, and it’ll be my first choice on future trips. I’ll recommend it to colleagues and family too.

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel. The location wasn’t quite ideal for us, since we spent most of our time in Plateau/Mile End, but getting around with Lyft/Uber was easy. They were kind enough to help us check in early when we arrived ahead of time. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet included in the room fee. There was lots of variety: fresh fruit, sausage and bacon, eggs, waffles and pancakes, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and more. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and machines. A squat rack is the only thing missing, but that’s to be expected.
