We booked three nights, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When we arrived, there were a couple of insects on the floor. We tried not to worry about it, but the room smelled awful, especially the bathroom, and we had trouble sleeping. My friend’s legs had been itching since our first night. On the last night, we found around ten insects in the bed that looked a lot like bed bugs. We can’t be completely sure they were bed bugs, but the bugs looked like them and my friend had been itching. Finding insects all over the sheets isn’t normal and should never happen to customers. After searching the room, we found mold, dust, dead insects, and cockroaches all over the floor. We panicked thinking about the two nights we’d already slept in such a filthy place. I’m terrified of insects, and finding them in my bed was extremely traumatic. We spent the whole night packing our things, which were covered in insects, and trying to do laundry. The person who welcomed us on our first day had been very mean-spirited and never gave us a laundry room card. We stayed awake until the front desk opened, hoping someone could help us get into the laundry room. Our belongings were full of dirt and insects, and we couldn’t leave before cleaning our clothes. I was severely disappointed with the experience and the unacceptable service. When I raised the issue, the person offered another room, but it was 7 a.m. on checkout day. He then said insects in the bed were normal and that sleeping somewhere so disgusting was normal too. He threatened to call the police if I kept complaining and called me racist for bringing it up. I spent the day waiting for my laundry and couldn’t even leave to get food for ten minutes without him asking where I was going and why. After hours, I finally left, then realized I’d forgotten something in the laundry room. I called the residence before going back, but he hung up as soon as he recognized me. When I returned to get my things, I told people checking in about our experience. He ended by saying he’d call the police if we ever came back. This place needs a serious inspection, and the man with the enormous forehead needs to be fired ASAP. It isn’t even that cheap for the hell you’ll go through.

As soon as my friend and I opened the room door, we saw small cockroaches running around. The host refused to refund us. The bathroom smelled strongly of pee, and the shower was tiny and unclean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I lived there starting in 2022, and now I have PTSD from cockroaches. If you’re brave enough, you could try it. Actually, forget it, don’t go there. Good luck.

I ended up sleeping in my car because the rooms were far too hot in summer. There’s no AC, and the fans in the rooms don’t help at all. They didn’t provide extra fans either. The staff were rude to deal with. I was told I could get a refund for the remaining nights, but the manager, Jonathan, was never reachable. Yassine the supervisor told me to call him about it, then seemed to block my number after one call. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but avoid this place.
