Living at St.Cathy's was great, especially being just a minute from Concordia. That made getting to my 8am classes a lot more bearable. The rooms came furnished with everything I needed, so moving in was stress-free. I also met a lot of people there, including three of my best friends, who I'm still close to. I'd happily stay in this building again.

St. Cathy's is a comfortable budget option in Montreal, especially for students. The location makes it easy to get around by public transit, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The main downside was the thin walls, which meant it could get noisy.

For my first year in Montreal, I stayed here and had a great time. The rooms are a bit pricey, but I felt they were worth it. It's downtown in a handy spot near both the metro and the university. The staff are kind and helpful, and you meet lots of cool people. It feels like home.

My sister and I both lived at St-Cathy's and came away with a ton of great friends. Living there made my university experience much better, and I'd recommend the residence to anyone who wants to meet people and be close to campus. I had an incredible stay and will definitely come back.

The place itself is beautiful, and Ernest is great, but when I needed help, nobody seemed to be there for me. I thought St. Cathys would be a good place to stay when I was figuring out where to live, but it was badly overpriced for what you get. I couldn't make toast without setting off the fire alarm. The TV I was promised when I signed the lease didn't arrive until two months into my four-month stay. A few days before moving out, I lost my keys and asked to borrow another set. The woman at the front desk said no, and told me to leave my room unlocked and wait downstairs until someone else came in. When it was time to move my things, the elevator was still broken and I had to carry everything down from the fourth floor. I also ordered packages, but the woman at the front desk refused to accept them for me, despite the website promising front desk service. One of the RAs invited himself into my room and yelled at my friend; when she defended herself, he threatened to ban her from the building. The place is advertised as student housing, but they also rent vacant rooms to anyone. It's been six months since I moved out and I still get emails, even though I've asked them to stop.
