Holiday Inn Express and Suites Moose Jaw by IHG

The hotel was very clean, and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. Breakfast had so many choices and was wonderful. We were here for three nights this past weekend for a hockey tournament, and the staff were amazing and so friendly. Big thanks to Darlene and Blaine for being especially accommodating and wonderful. We really appreciated the hospitality. Best hotel stay, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience in Moosejaw!

We only needed a two-day stay because the pool at the Moose Jaw BWH wasn't in service, so we quickly called Holiday Inn Express Moose Jaw. Darlene Geib, the front desk manager, helped us and was spectacular. She was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel valued. She was hands-on throughout our visit and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the common areas were tidy and inviting. The pool was very clean, well cared for, and had enough towels, so it was a relaxing place for our family. The front desk team were friendly, patient, polite, and efficient every time we spoke with them. They were happy to help with our requests, including letting us check in early without hesitation. It was clear that customer service matters here. With such welcoming staff and spotless facilities, the stay exceeded our expectations. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moose Jaw.

The room was near the museum, and the tunnels were just an eight-minute drive away. Our bathroom was very nice, though the carpet felt a bit sticky. Staff were quite slow to help and check us in. There were lots of kids, so the hall got noisy when we left our room, but that made the place feel safe to me.

Darlene Geib is a gem. You can see how much she cares in all the little things she does for guests, especially when she's in the breakfast room helping families get settled or get on with their day. This was our seventh stay over the last few years. When I visit Moose Jaw, I won't stay anywhere else.
