Best Western Plus Morden

Breakfast was probably the best continental one I’ve had, and I was glad to have the speciality coffee machine. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a super comfy bed. I also liked finding water bottles in the fridge. Had a great stay, and I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but John deserves one. When I called about booking, he was friendly and didn’t act bothered by the call at all. He went out of his way to find a way to get me a room. One of the best experiences I’ve had calling a hotel. They need more Johns.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and having coffee available anytime was a nice touch. My kids also appreciated the Boston Pizza across the parking lot. Breakfast was pretty good, with waffles, eggs, farmers sausage, hashbrowns, bread, bagels, and yogurt. We stayed one night. The hotel and spacious rooms were clean and felt new. The pool was a hit with the kids, though it’s small and got crowded with a few children in it. The hot tub was roomy and comfortable. I found the highway side quite loud, so road noise may bother you there. It cost a bit more than I’d usually want to pay, but we had no problems and would stay again.

Simon has been so helpful and kind, and I’ve spoken with the staff several times since booking. We haven’t arrived yet, but the customer service so far has been exceptional. If the team is any indication of what the hotel is like, I expect it’ll keep its five stars. Thanks to everyone who’s helped.
