I spent over a month here for work during the fall. The new hotel has decent rooms, and most of the front desk staff were good. The pool wasn't finished yet, which was disappointing. One staff member first said I could pay an early check-out fee, then changed that after I returned from my room and said I'd have to pay for the whole day. That really upset me. I tried a couple of times to speak with the manager, but she never seemed willing to talk to me. At the Dauphin Best Western, the manager was happy to speak with me and arrange an early check-out fee when my work schedule changed suddenly. I had little control over the project and little notice. In short, the staff were mostly good and the rooms are nice, but management was poor. I'd give service one star because of management, but the staff earned enough for me to make it three.

I was only passing through, but this place was so thoughtfully designed that I might plan a future holiday around it. Everything was exceptionally clean. The pool, gym, breakfast, rooms, and staff were all amazing, even though the hotel was brand new. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.

The pool and hot tub area were nice, and the whole building was exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were impressed with this Best Western in Neepawa. My one complaint: please replace the single-ply, crepe-paper toilet paper :)

Breakfast came with the stay and had a buffet of eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, muffins, cereal, and waffles. The eggs were overcooked and the bacon undercooked, though both were edible. Our large room had two very comfortable queen beds, a mini fridge, and coffee and tea. The bathroom had a walk-in shower rather than a tub, which was lovely, with wall-mounted Pharmacopoeia shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Thanks to Trish (the manager) for being so accommodating and great with our hockey team during the tournament. Our rooms were ready, spacious, and really nice. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Thank you! Springfield Icehawks
