The breakfast was good, and the motel itself was clean and comfortable. The main drawback was having no elevator. We were put on the second floor, and my wife had a lot of trouble with the stairs because of her medical situation. The chain should consider adding an elevator.

We were exhausted after other hotels told us they were pet friendly and then turned out not to be. New Glasgow comfort inn gave us a room that really was pet friendly, and people friendly too. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was very welcoming and found us a pet friendly room, and housekeeping did a great job. Highly recommend!

The free breakfast was simple but quite nice, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The room was basic, a good size, and had a comfortable bed. It was quiet, and parking was free. We hadn't planned to stop in New Glasgow and had no reservation, but the new front desk staff member was friendly and accommodating and got us into a room quickly. I'd stay here again.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has a free breakfast bar in the morning. The staff were very friendly, and our room was comfortable and nice. I slept great in the bed. I'd definitely come back.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. It's also really convenient for restaurants, the mall, and the highway. The customer service was second to none. I'll absolutely be back, thank you.
