Falls Lodge and Suites

The beds felt like clouds, and our room had two of them. The bathroom was good too, with little soap bars. Food and breakfast were very good, and parking was fairly easy with several open spots. The room was pretty good, and breakfast came with amenities. If it's your first time in Canada, this is a good place to come, since it's not a long drive after crossing into Canada. I'm DEFINITELY coming back for another summer vacation!

Falls Lodge was a great stay. The location and service were both great, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely come back to Niagara.

Room 122 has a big jacuzzi, but the mattress wasn't good. Only one of the two windows had dark curtains, and the light gray blinds let the room get bright by 5 am. The sofa was broken and should be thrown away. Breakfast was very low standard, just bread, tea, and coffee, with no eggs or sausages.

The parking lot at Falls Lodge & Suites on 6000 Stanley Street was poorly maintained, with uncleared snow that made it difficult to get around. My family members have had two disappointing experiences there. During one stay their car was broken into, and the receptionist didn't help, then eventually stopped answering my calls. On their latest visit, the same staff member said no rooms were available for the weekend. They checked Bookings.com and saw several rooms listed, then called anonymously and were told there were many rooms open. It seemed clear they were lied to because of the earlier incident. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic care was deeply disappointing both times.
