We spent three nights here over Thanksgiving and booked the King and Queen Deluxe Estate Suite. The place has real character and charm. It’s about a mile from Horseshoe Falls, an easy, pleasant walk, and being away from the busier tourist areas made it feel more private. Our room had elegance, old-world charm, and 12' ceilings. The kids’ room had a balcony you could walk out onto with a river view. The bathrooms were small but left a strong impression: we loved the shower panel system, tile, pedestal sinks, heated mirrors, and 12' ceilings. Breakfast service was great. Chef Joseph made excellent eggs benedict, quiches, fruit crepes, and pastries. My toddler especially loved the fresh fruit, and the rest of us enjoyed the meal too. The only thing that didn’t quite work for our family was that the hotel seems geared more toward adults seeking a quiet, elegant stay than families with young kids. The staff were still welcoming and kind, and I’d book here again.
We stayed in the king deluxe suite in the historical part of the building. It was gorgeous, with a lovely patio and little bistro set. There was a beautiful antique sewing machine in the front room as you walk in. Luckily, our room wasn’t haunted 😉😳🤣 They asked us at check-in what time we wanted breakfast and gave us a menu to choose from. My husband and I came down at the time we’d picked, and breakfast was ready within 10 minutes in the beautiful dining room. The choices were delicious, and the eggs Benedict was among the best we’ve had. Everything was amazing from check-in through checkout. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this cute, elegant, cozy bed-and-breakfast, about 10 minutes from downtown Niagara Falls. Enjoy your stay, we sure did. Cheers!
The renovated rooms are beautiful, and we loved the views and helpful staff. Breakfast was great too, and we’d love to come back. Ashley made check-in very smooth and also served us breakfast the next morning. She was great.
What a great find. The prices were amazing, and I felt personally spoiled the whole time. Stella gave us a warm welcome, and there were complimentary snacks and drinks in the dining room. Our large Victorian-style room on the 4th floor was lovely, with great views from the terrace and dining room. Chef Joseph made an excellent breakfast, and Andrea looked after us at the table. I understand why this place is so highly rated and often full. I’ll be back when the season changes. In a small, selfish way, I almost don’t want to share it because finding a room might get harder 😉😊
The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and we’d consider staying again despite a few inconveniences. We liked the location for walking to the falls epicentre and parks, while still having a quiet, tranquil setting. This was our first stay at the Niagara Boutique Hotel. Our penthouse was as advertised, but the bathroom had very little shelf space for toiletries. It would also help to have a folding luggage rack and more comfortable lounge chairs. During the rain, the skylight leaked and soaked the foot of our bed. Housekeeping moved the bed and put a pail under the leak, which let us stay in the room for the rest of our visit. The dining room is lovely, though the breakfast menu was limited and repetitive. We also saw ants around the food and on the dining room floor. That may be common this time of year, but the hotel should consider setting some ant traps.
