For a budget stay, the rooms and facilities are simple but acceptable, especially if you mainly need a place to sleep, park, and rest after sightseeing. The location is practical, close to attractions and main roads, so getting around by car or on foot is easy. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the small convenience shop connected to the hotel is handy for drinks, snacks, and everyday items, especially for a short stay or late arrival. On-site parking is easy to access and costs just $10, which is reasonable compared with many hotels in the tourist district. A convenient, comfortable option for the price, particularly if you're driving to Niagara Falls.

After a long day of travel, it was easy to relax here. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and enough basic amenities for a short stay. I had a pleasant visit.

For $100, I got a single room with two beds for two nights, which was very good for the price. The air conditioner was quiet and worked pretty well. Check-in was quick and available from 10 a.m. to midnight. I highly recommend it.

After driving all day from Lake arrowhead, Maine, I arrived without a reservation and asked for a first-floor room. The staff were very accommodating. The location worked perfectly for me because I had extra luggage and a motorcycle in the back of my truck, so a parking garage wouldn't have worked. The town was extremely busy and lively, but my room stayed quiet and I slept great. It was clean, too.

The peaceful setting and handy location made this a good-value stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and clearly looked after, and the staff were friendly whenever I needed help. I had a really pleasant time and would gladly come back or recommend it to someone after an affordable, comfortable place.
