We had a great time, and the nearby karaoke was a fun bonus because it was so convenient. I would have given five stars, but when we stopped by around 6 PM to ask about a late checkout, they told us to call the front desk at 7 AM on the day. Having to wake up early just to ask if we can sleep in and check out later makes no sense.

The location is wonderful and the bedding was clean, but the place needs a major renovation and falls below Canadian motel standards. There's karaoke right outside until 2 am, so don't count on sleeping. They make guests sign a form saying they won't complain about the noise, and should tell people about it when they book. I won't return or recommend it.

The price was fantastic, especially split between three friends. We paid about $20 each per night, maybe less on a weekday, which is a hell of a deal. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. Karaoke right beside the motel went until 2 am, so it had quite a party atmosphere. That was perfect for my friends and me.

It's clean and works well for a night while you're visiting all the attractions around here. There is lots to do in the evening, so you might be tired enough to sleep through the noise, depending on where your room is. A karaoke bar nearby carries on well past midnight, and I can only assume it's open every night.
