The location is perfect, right behind a lovely part of queen street, and parking was relatively easy with a reserved space for every guest. There’s a cute front patio for morning coffee, and the Nespresso was a nice bonus. We stayed in room 3, the north room. It was clean, well appointed and had what we needed. Check-in was simple, and communication with the host was professional; they answered our questions. The bed was rock hard, so I didn’t sleep well and am a little sleepy today. The TV channel changer was confusing enough that we gave up, though it wasn’t a big deal. It would’ve been nice to watch something after a busy day. Breakfast was good and enough to get started, but we’ve stayed at a few local B&Bs with hot breakfasts. That wasn’t a deal breaker. The downstairs gathering room was very nicely set up with coffee, tea and juice. For the price, we saved about $50 compared with other places, give or take, but if I had the choice again, I wouldn’t have sacrificed comfort for that. Still, it’s a well-equipped place if you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night.

We just got home after a wonderful stay at the Queen Regent. It was our first time staying overnight in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the B&B’s central spot just off the main street was perfect. We had an evening wine tour booked, and the owner kindly let us check in a little early so we could settle in and park before heading out. The room and all the shared spaces are beautifully designed. We’d definitely stay again and recommend the Queen Regent to others.

The breakfast was so good, especially the giant croissant with fresh jam. The B&B is in a perfect spot, walking distance to everything, and the rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The walls are a bit thin, as others have mentioned, but that’s expected in a B&B and didn’t cause us any problems. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for everything 🙂

The location was excellent, just a stone’s throw from the main drag, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough. But this is basically an Airbnb without an Airbnb listing. Don’t expect to meet the proprietor or any employees in person. Breakfast was disappointing, just a few supermarket pastries, a yogurt and a hard-boiled egg with no salt :(

Such a cute place in a perfect location! We cycled from Hamilton and stayed overnight, and Amanda helped us figure out how to keep our bikes safe instead of leaving them outside. She also got lactose-free cheese for breakfast because she knew we were lactose intolerant. Highly recommend.
