The Red Coat Bed & Breakfast

Sandra was such a welcoming host, and she made a fantastic breakfast. We stayed in the Loft Suite, which was clean, comfortable, and had a jacuzzi tub. The house itself has beautiful historic charm. My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday in February, and we’ll definitely return to The Red Coat B &B.

Keith even showed us artifacts he’d found on the property during the renovation, and the house is full of historic art. We stayed in the Secord Suite and Brock Suite over Thanksgiving weekend. Both rooms were beautifully furnished, with private washrooms and everything we needed. Sandra made delicious breakfasts each morning, with plenty of coffee and the smell of something baking around the house. Keith and Sandra were gracious hosts. We’d happily visit again.

The Red Coat is tucked into a quiet spot, about 15 minutes by car from downtown Niagara on The Lake and around 25 minutes from The Falls. I’ve stayed here several times and will come back again. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, the loft was spotless and nicely furnished, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I highly recommend it.

We wanted that cozy, clean, fresh B&B feeling, and this place had it. It felt like the place was ours. The rooms were immaculate, and the bed was almost too comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely extra that made us feel pampered. It was our first “true” B&B experience, and we really enjoyed it. Thank you :)
