The snowmobile trail is right there, so the location works well for snowmobilers. The workers were nice and breakfast was good, but I wouldn't stay again. Our rooms smelled bad and weren't very clean, and everything in the room was unplugged. The ice machine was broken too. We were told ground floor rooms were no problem, but that wasn't true. The key cards never worked, so with all our sled gear we had to go around to the front from the back 25 times. I booked through the number listed for the North Bay Quality Inn, thinking it was direct, but apparently it wasn't and they charged me 18 bucks to book.

The beds were comfortable and the stay felt relaxing. I was there a few months ago and really enjoyed it. The location's great too, just a short walk from tims. I'll keep this hotel in mind for future trips.

Rooms were clean, but quite dated. We stayed at three different Quality Inns on our northern Ontario road trip, and this one was average. There's no elevator, so if you've got a lot of luggage or need accessible accommodation, you'll want a first-floor room. Staff didn't seem very interested in chatting.

We found the rooms basic but clean, and just right for what we needed. The hotel sits right on the snowmobile trail and is close to restaurants. The staff were really good, super friendly, helpful, and attentive.

I booked a room to hang out with friends, but the Wi-Fi was down, the pool was closed, and the TV didn't work. None of that was mentioned when we booked, and they refused our refund. I'm extremely unhappy with the service.
