North Rustico Motel and Cottages

Dwight, the manager, made the stay especially welcoming. He pointed us toward nearby hiking trails and ocean viewpoints we wouldn't have found ourselves, and was always friendly and ready to help. We also liked that the cottage welcomed pets and was comfortable for us and our companion. The cottage was compact but cozy, clean, and had the basics we needed, including dishes, towels, and small appliances. It felt like a home away from home. From the quiet, scenic setting, it was only a few minutes into North Rustico for restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It worked well as a base for exploring the Prince Edward Island coast. We had a relaxing, enjoyable visit and would happily stay here again.

We had a really comfortable little cottage for what seemed like a good price, and it had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and willing to help. Our porch barbecue was missing its propane tank, but someone gladly brought one over. They were also happy to share local recommendations and information.

We stayed in a B&B room in early August, right in peak tourist season, and the price was great. The shared bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and very comfortable bed covered everything we needed. The view was beautiful, and two great restaurants were close by. The owners were incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of ideas for things to do. We liked it enough that we're coming back in early September. This is going to be our home base on future trips to the island.

Walter was pleasant from the moment we called to book, and he really understands customer service. My husband and I stayed in the Inn, which had the feel of a sleepover at Grandma's old farmhouse. There's a quaint kitchen with cereal, boiled eggs, toast, and coffee. They welcome pets, and there's an outdoor pool too. We found the place incredibly charming.
