Chambers Guest House B&B

Cheryl greeted us with wine, tea, coffee, nuts, and chocolate, and she was gracious and accommodating throughout. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautiful. After a long day of travel, it felt like a welcoming little retreat. Breakfast was generous, elaborate, and delicious. You’re just minutes from the NL Ferry, and it fills up quickly, so book early. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I’ve never stayed in a B&B this spotless. Cheryl had thought through so many little details, and she was lovely and considerate. She asked about dietary needs ahead of time, then made a delicious lacto-ovo vegetarian version of breakfast especially for me that morning. The place is fantastic if you’re into vintage and antique collections and old-fashioned hospitality. Thanks so much, Cheryl. I’ll be telling my friends about you!

The town doesn’t have much going on, but this charming little house is a real find if you’re staying in North Sydney. It has loads of character and was very clean, and our room was quiet, comfortable, and charming too. The host and her family are what make it special: welcoming, polite, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. They asked about our breakfast preferences and left wine and nuts for later in the evening. Breakfast was outstanding, almost over the top. She really opened her home to us. Best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!
