A decent motel with a kitchenette and some basic amenities, plus good service and a convenient location. I was meant to get an email on check-in day, but it never came, and the office was closed. There was a Ring Doorbell and a phone number to reach them. Since we were a group of deaf friends, that could have made things inaccessible, but luckily one of us could speak through the doorbell and make calls.

The cabin felt clean and homey, and the central meeting area had lots to do, including a pool table, a giant Connect 4 game, and places to sit and relax. Staff were friendly and suggested places to try. One small thing: there’s no toaster. Also, cabin 3 has a seriously powerful shower, which caught us by surprise since showers are usually more of a trickle. Not a complaint, just a heads-up. Thanks for a great visit!

The location is great for wine tours and nearby places, and the common area is nice. The men’s showers were gross, while the women’s were okay. In the Okanagan heat, a pool would have been better than just sitting in the sun. Don’t put anything on the grass, not even tents, tarps, or camping carpets, or you’ll get yelled at. The wifi can be spotty, and there were way too many people wandering around with dogs off leash. Otherwise, it wasn’t bad. For us, it was all about the location, and we spent a lot of time off site.

It’s upsetting to have to leave a bad review, but today I called twice and left two separate, detailed messages with my number. I had a couple of questions before booking through Expedia, which is how I found this place, and whoever was working didn’t bother to call back. I always plan my stays, so the lack of response was unsettling. It shouldn’t be hard to return a customer’s call and make a basic effort to improve. September 1, 2025, 5:50 pm.

We left a day early and went to a nicer RV park. The bathrooms were only so-so for cleanliness, and the men’s room smelled musty. The laundry machines were dirty, so we put off doing laundry until our next stop. We were there for a six-night stay, and the tight access to the RV sites was a problem with our 38-foot fifth wheel. The turn was so narrow we came within a few inches of scraping the wall, which others seemed to have hit. Our site was also hard to get into and less picturesque than the online photos. At check-in, no one told us the town water was under a boil alert. Also, there’s no pool.
