Vintage Merlot Bed and Breakfast

Debbie makes the best breakfast ever, and I loved the two bloodhounds. The hot tub was such a treat in the gorgeous backyard. Our room was well appointed, with cute little robes, and the large king bed was very comfortable. Debbie and Walter are lovely hosts and know so much about the local wine scene. There are so many good things to say. Highly recommend booking directly through them instead of using booking websites. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was easy to find and close to a few shops and restaurants. After a wine tour last summer, my boyfriend and I arrived a little intoxicated and Walter greeted us warmly. We had a nice chat about our travels and life. Our room was cute and clean, and we used the robes after a late-night dip in the hot tub. The breakfast Debbie and Walter served the next morning was outstanding. It was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely do it again.

Even though we came in the off season and many wineries were closed, Walter and Deb could help arrange a private tasting if you reach out. They were awesome hosts, happy to chat and point us toward local wineries and contacts. The Hounds were sweethearts too. The king bed, bathroom, and incredible breakfasts were all great, and the hosts felt almost like family. Highly recommend these guys for a great BnB.

We felt at home for a few days, and sometimes even better than at home. The hosts were wonderful, very kind and hospitable, and we had a great time. Thank you so much for that.
