The location is wonderful, with a clean private beach of its own. Rattlesnake, shops, and gas stations are all within walking distance. It could use renovation, but the basics worked. It’s a family business, and they’re working hard to keep the place clean and functional. There’s a jacuzzi, a hot tub, two swimming pools, and three BBQs.

Absolutely repulsive. I’d give zero stars if I could. The sheets were stained, filthy, and sandy, and the floors and tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The fridge and freezer had food smeared inside and crumbs everywhere. Under the bathroom sink were dirty, used towels and cloths. I know it’s a motel and came with low expectations, but at $220 a night, cleanliness should still be expected.

The location was great and the place was clean, but that was about it. The light switches seemed to do whatever they wanted, and the fridge barely worked when it worked at all. The room we’d booked wasn’t clean when they gave us the key. Luckily, they had another one available.

A clean, basic local motel for an overnight stop while traveling. There’s no food service on site, and we had a mini fridge in the room. It was warm and stuffy, so we had to stand on the bed to switch on the AC. Best value I found on the booking sites.

Bad weather meant we needed a room at the last minute. It was inexpensive and clean. The rooms are older, but everything worked, and it was just what we needed.
